BC-STV rally at the Legislature on Saturday. The most difficult task in promoting STV is simply telling people that it exists. Ironically, the people who don't vote because they feel their votes are wasted are exactly the people who should get out and vote yes to STV, because it would increase the chance that their vote is actually counted.
