For this shot, I'd left my 200mm lens at home as usual and I couldn't zoom in close enough with a 70mm lens so I tried to sneak up to the birds, but it didn't work. They had their eyes on me the whole time and I'm not patient enough to sit there and pretend I'm just a rock. I obviously came too close and so they took off, but at least I got an interesting shot before they left.
