This is Fantan alley at night. The narrow alley is such a strange place that I'm drawn to take a photo of it, but I can't figure out how to frame it properly. I'm not sure this shot works, but it certainly does show the relative size of the alley compared to the store beside it. Chinatown, with its stores that spill out onto the sidewalks, is almost another world even though it only spans one city block.
