I'm fascinated by all the weird things they sell in the shops in Chinatown, but I can't tell if they're dried mushroom bits or dried slices of squid liver and I don't want to find out the hard way. I once bought a couple cans of fruit juice (to help with a hangover) and I was startled when something solid but squishy came out of the can along with the juice. I nearly freaked out until I realized that it was a square chunk of fruit. I had fun drinking the rest of the juice and eating the fruit bits.
