The photo of the needle has been on the front page for long enough, so it's time for something new. I wasn't sure what to expect after posting that photo; I just wanted to say something about addiction and social responsibility. It got quite a few '5' ratings, so I guess people approved, but none of you left a comment so I don't know if you liked the picture or what I wrote.

This uncontroversial photo is one of those impulsive times where I didn't have a plan; I just wanted to see what would happen and I liked the way it turned out. It's all part of the learning process. I've done a lot of experimenting with forms and shapes the past few years so these days I'm experimenting with lighting. I'll try to post one of those experiments soon.
