Rain seems to fall in London on a regular basis, so it seems only right that it should shoot out of the ground sometimes as well. It wasn't warm enough for the water to be refreshing on the day this photo was taken, but that didn't stop some young people. For me, watching the water jets and taking a few photos was good enough.
