In honour of BC Day, here's a photo of a historic BC bridge. The council of the City of Victoria and the city staff aren't big fans of history, but they are big fans of spending big bundles of money, so they want to spend as many tens of millions of dollars as it takes to tear the bridge down and replace it.

So this week I'm going to show photos of historic bridges from around the world — bridges that people aren't in a hurry to replace.
