The weather is still cold, wet and windy. In fact, yesterday the wind was blowing hard enough to make the water in the fountain at the Parliament Buildings go sideways. There are blossoms on some trees though, and Spring is almost in sight. I'm excited because flowers, sprouting plants and sunnier days make for much better photos.
