I took this picture because I can't figure out why an indian head was used as a hood ornament on an old car. This car is so old that it actually has a wooden trunk attached to the back .. as a trunk. I wasn't alive at the time, but from what I've heard we were busy putting Indians on reservations and taking their children away to send them to residential schools, so why use one as a symbol?
